Based on your plan we generally take 24 hours to 48 hours. We are committed to delivering work on time. For bigger projects, you will be informed about possible delays (if any); otherwise, you can expect to receive your design on time.

Yes, Of Course we strive to maintain the same designers for each client. But please note that our designers are working in different time zones. So, if a project requires a quick turnaround and waiting for the original designers might only cause delays, the specific project will be assigned to other available designers.

You can submit as many orders as you need, only 1 design task per design seat will be worked on at any given time.

Not hard at all. At Aha Magic, we keep it simple – no documentation or extensive processes. You can cancel at any point in time. Just log in to your Aha Magic account, and you can cancel in a few clicks.

We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They enter your design team’s queue in the order in which they were received. On average, you’ll receive graphic designs or revisions in 24 hours to 48 hours based on your plan. If you’ve got a more complex task, let us know, and we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery time. As there are separate workflows for graphic designs. If you need faster outputs, you can add on subscriptions when you need them and cancel them when they are no longer needed.

You can make as many revisions as you like! Just keep in mind that every revision might take 1-2 days, but other than that, feel free to revise until you get exactly what you want.

The turnaround time is between 1-2 days based on your plan. Our professional designers do their best to deliver the best design possible according to your brief. Therefore, the turnaround time depends on the complexity of the changes you request and the number of active requests you have in your queue.
